What’s your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of the service and products that we offer, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need a revision made to an illustration, you can follow the instructions in your completed order email or email us at email@example.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We will only accept returns for the following reasons:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer
You need to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. However, if the product is damaged or not as described we will usually issue a refund in most cases.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, Forged Rides reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the received item was a gift, we will only be able to liaise with the gift giver in regards to any returns or refunds.
If there is an issue with your gift, the gift giver should email email@example.com in the first instance.
Returning items to the return address without first contacting us may result in you not receiving any replacements and/or refunds.
Usage of Customer Photos
By uploading a photo for us to use in preparing your order, you are agreeing to us reusing your photo and our created image for promotional and marketing requirements only.
Rest assured that your original image will not be sold to any external third parties, and we do not profit directly off of the use of your provided images.
If you are not the copyright holder of a photo (e.g. the photo was taken by a professional photographer at an event) please let us know of this in your order notes so that we are aware that it can not be reused.
